Brain Health Coaching©
This is a method developed by Dr. Daniel Amen, founder and head psychiatrist of the Amen Clinics. Brain health coaching utilizes a variety of brain system checklists that assess specific areas of dysregulation in the brain, and identify types of ADHD, anxiety/depression, OCD, autism, traumatic brain injury, as well as many other unseen problems. When Brain Health Coaching is combined with a SPECT scan of the brain, the result is a clear, specific, targeted treatment plan for achieving change and improvements.

Hypnotherapy is as a long-standing method that is safe and effective in producing a clear and calm state of mind, which allows for resolution of certain problems in thoughts or behaviors. This may serve to improve overall physical and mental well-being. Issues that may be addressed with this technique include anxiety/depression, test performance, traumas, smoking and addiction withdrawl, weight loss, and sleep.
I am available for training or speaking to professional groups, such as teachers and mental health providers, as well as community and service organizations.
